Years later, a young Malay food lover and entrepreneur inherited Uncle Lin’s special recipe. Fascinated by the craft, he worked hard to learn the secrets of making perfect Pan Mee, aiming to bridge cultural gaps.

This creative entrepreneur then embarked on a culinary adventure with Mad Chilli Pan Mee. He pushed boundaries, mixing the old recipe with Malaysia’s spice-loving culture. By making it Halal, he invited food enthusiasts to explore flavors outside their cultural norm.
